These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all purchases made on [website address] (the "Website"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

2. Products
We sell ZPEN pens and related accessories. Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Specifications (for example, 15 cm length and 1 cm diameter) are approximate.
3. Ordering and contract
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email.
- We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price is shown incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. If you already paid, we refund you in full.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
4. Prices and payment
- All prices are in [EUR/currency] and include VAT [if applicable]. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Payment methods: [Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, PayPal, etc.]. Payment is processed by [payment provider]. We do not store your full card details.
- Your order is processed once payment is received.
5. Discounts and promotions
Discount codes (for example, "Get 10% off") are valid [for one use per customer / for a limited time]. They cannot be combined with other offers unless stated, are not exchangeable for cash, and may be withdrawn if misused.
6. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times, costs and countries are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you receive the goods.
7. Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds
You have the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Defective goods and legal guarantee
We are liable for goods that do not conform to the contract according to the law of Europe. You have a 2-year legal guarantee. If an item is defective, contact zpenofficial@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will repair or replace it, reduce the price or refund you, as the law requires.
9. Intended use
ZPEN is a pen with a built-in paper roll for storing notes and formulas. You alone are responsible for how you use the product, including following the rules of your school, university or workplace. Using the product in breach of such rules, or to break the law, is your responsibility. We do not encourage or support any misuse.
10. Intellectual property
All content on the Website (texts, images, videos, logos, the ZPEN name and design) belongs to ZPEN or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
11. Use of the Website
You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, or use automated tools to collect data.
12. Reviews and user content
If you submit a review or other content, you confirm it is truthful and based on your own experience. You give us a non-exclusive right to display it on the Website and in our marketing. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading or abusive.
13. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights or our liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit, and our total liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for it.

15. Complaints and dispute resolution
For complaints, write to zpenofficial@gmail.com. We will reply within 2 days. You may also contact the following out-of-court dispute resolution body: Your right to go to court is not affected.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law. As a consumer, you also keep the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence. Disputes are resolved by the competent court unless mandatory law says otherwise.
17. Changes
We may change these Terms. The version valid at the time of your order applies to that order.
